Full Path is designed for participants who want to move through PTU’s Transformational Coach Pathway or Transformational Leader Pathway with added weekly live support, stronger guidance, and a fuller 6-week curriculum for deeper reflection, integration, and review.Within PTU’s Transformational Pathway, Full Path is a more supported and more comprehensive structure that may apply to either the Transformational Coach Pathway or the Transformational Leader Pathway based on fit, direction, and review. Full Path supports participants moving through PTU’s Transformational Coach or Leader routes, which may lead toward certification and/or licensing pathways where applicable.
If you enroll before your prior application or pathway review is complete, your enrollment will be held pending application review. If not approved, any refund issued will be less applicable administrative fees.

Certification and Licensing
Certification confirms that a participant has completed applicable PTU requirements and met or exceeded the standards for the relevant transformational pathway.Licensing is separate and may grant approved use of PTU frameworks, tools, and materials within current licensing scope, active standing, applicable agreement terms, and required packet or materials expectations. Licensing applies only where the participant has met or exceeded the applicable transformational pathway licensing standards.Enrollment begins the pathway. Certification and licensing, where applicable, depend on successful completion, standards, standing, intended application, and applicable PTU requirements.
What Happens After Enrollment
After enrollment, participants receive onboarding, pathway access, route-specific guidance, and standards-based progression into the Full Path structure. Full Path does not change the pathway’s legitimacy. It changes the speed, support rhythm, curriculum depth, and level of guided integration within the Transformational Coach Pathway or Transformational Leader Pathway.Depending on route, standing, completion, and intended application, participants may later move toward certification and/or licensing pathways where applicable.If prior application or pathway review is still pending, enrollment will be held until application review is complete. If the participant is not approved, any refund issued will be less applicable administrative fees.
